My name is Holli Boyd and I am a New York state licensed Associate Broker who loves living and working in the Averill Park area - my children also attend the school district. This site will cover community news, local businesses, area events, school reports, local real estate market statistics and homes currently for sale. I welcome interaction from all visitors.

I try to live and work by these guidelines:
1. Solve the customer's problem completely, by insuring that everything works the first time. But first, reduce the number of problems customers need to solve.
2. Don't waste the consumer's time.
3. Provide exactly what the customer wants (where and when the customer wants it).
