About Holli Boyd
I was born in Manhattan and lived there until school age when my parents moved north for a better, more rural life for me and my younger sister, Rose. I love the Hudson Valley and all the natural beauty this area offers. I have lived in the capital district since 1992, including several residencies in downtown Albany city neighborhoods, suburban areas like Colonie, the gorgeous rural area of Poestenkill, and now a lake home in Wynantskill. And now I am moving again - to a multi-family near Burden Lake. So you can tell, I prefer Rensselaer county ( you might want to check out this link as well) as the property values are reasonable and the area is still very rural - although downtown Troy offers many small city features such as great restaurants, theater, architectural integrity and boutique shopping.
Real estate has been a great career choice for me as I am a single mom and I love the flexibility it offers. My two girls are school age and mean the world to me. I have joint custody with their dad who lives in the area as well. My youngest daughter has told me she wants to sell houses too when she grows up. I think it’s a great compliment.

Sharing Is Giving is part of a growing number of locally and independently owned free community groups where members post items they no longer need, and want to give away or items they would like to receive for free.
The goal of Sharing Is Giving is to reduce landfill waste. To achieve this goal, we need to build a strong local community. A strong community develops when we are considerate of one another.
